Indisputably true; however we’ve now entered the era of “grasping” capitalism and plutocracy. For example, the destruction of regional banking to the benefit of the mega-banks. Rent-seeking and crony capitalism are the norm now.

A few, like Byberry State Hospital and Pennhurst, in the Philly area, were nightmarish; but I agree that the mass closures played a large part.

I’ve noticed the same thing, but I also have a filter. A lot of online retail shops offer 15% off for your first order, so I use a sock-puppet account for those, so I never see their subsequent ads.

Has Hunqz improved its UI/UX? I found it very poorly designed in the past. Im planning an early December trip to Austria & Bavaria for the Christmas Markets. I’ve rarely been to Europe in Winter.
