In Seattle, hotel prices are through the roof and Pride is the weekend after next. There are a few hotties visiting, but not sure how they’re paying for the hotels. For example, the Marriott Courtyard neat Seattle Center is $490/night!

In my experience, $200k is a stretch unless you’re a super-star with a high-roller clientele. That said, back in 2006-8 I regularly saw a UCLA student who was very much in demand at the time and he earned around $150k, around $248k today! You could say he was addicting! He went on to earn an MBA at a top-tier school. I even had him and his bf over for sessions. Those were the days. Hell, he even introduced me to his mom!

Over a number of years I’ve never booked under two hours. Generally, we sit and get to know each other (if a new provider), or catch up with a regular. Invariably, we open a bottle of wine. I’m older than @PhileasFogg and I regularly see two twinks, 25 and 23. They think I’m in my early 50s lol. Any sense of age difference is utterly absent.

I hate noise. Both of my places are blessedly quiet, even my townhouse in the city. Have always slept with a fan whirring. The place on the island at night is like a scene from a movie where all humans have disappeared, a bit too quiet perhaps?
