Plan to go on a 40 mile ride later this morning on my BMC. I’d recommend padded bib shorts. I use the standard hard saddle. When I finish I roll my rhomboids with a la crosse ball on the flor. Instant relief!

I have a photo of myself in front of that sign from April 2018. We used to go on long bike rides from Salzburg and passed through that village often. It’s really tiny. -

Not as familiar with the Uffizi, but I love El Prado. When I visited in 2013, I forced myself to simply wander through the galleries without a guidebook. It was a great decision. Also love the Vatican Museum. What a vast and deliciously jumbled collection!

True. If you’re self-conscious wear a Speedo or briefs. 95% of the time I remove all of my clothes, even with the rare female masseuse. I’ve never gone for anything but a legitimate deep tissue massage and have never experienced any flirting, sadly.

Interesting that the few providers I see tell me that many potential clients are into PNP, which triggers an immediate blocking from them.
