A cute college student whom I frequently see was over for a session last weekend. I like him because not only is he a passionate kisser and cute as hell, but he’s down to earth. He comes from a dysfunctional rural town where he bravely came out at 15 and now he’s working part-time as a model and working on his bachelor’s. During the throes, so to speak, he experienced breathing issues and heart palpitations. No poppers were involved. I was concerned that he might be having a seizure or a heart attack! I had him breathe deeply and calm down. Afterwards, he told me he’d lost 10 pounds on an already lean body and that he had serious drug and alcohol issues in high school. As much as I like him, I‘m now worried that this might happen again with a more serious episode. I’m going to put any future meet-ups on an indefinite hold. I don’t think even 21 year-olds realize how years of substance abuse can lead to serious cardiovascular and other organ complications. I really thought I was going to have to call 911.

A regular provider had it done in LA. There was some increase. He was around 5 inches and wanted more. He hasn’t had many issues but now regrets having had it.
