    Since I’m a bit edgy, I’ve also bought custom-made harnesses. I enjoy measuring them (all lean) with an old-fashioned tape measure. Very intimate.

    If he works out, maybe Lululemon and ON sneakers. For jeans, you can’t go wrong with J Brand, SMH Studios or Citizens of Humanity. I’ve bought providers nice Frye boots, always USA or Italian made. I’ve also bought Tumi backpacks with their monogram, in addition to leather or bead bracelets.

    Although my father drank with friends, there was seldom any alcohol in our house and I never tried any until freshman year of college, at fraternities. I didn’t have a social life in high school, and drinking wasn’t a big thing in any event. Now I need to dry out after three weeks in Baja and plenty of tequila and mezcal.
