  1. I'm not surprised if he told you that, as it seems to fall into the body size preferences he used to put on his profile. However, the difference here is that saying he won't "do" Asians and refusing to accept clients of that ethnicity is actually discriminatory business practices. I'm talking about his therapeutic massage ad; whoever he wants to have sex with is his business. His latest ad is now in Phoenix. https://www.massagem4m.com/masseur/12632/ I thought about hiring him for a therapeutic massage for years now, dating back when he was Taylor. Knowing his alleged racial bias, which he quite bluntly stated to you, I will not. And if I ever see him put any variation of "no Asians" or "white clients preferred," I will immediately flag his ad to the masseur website admins.
  2. Just to clarify a bit of history here. Just the other day was the anniversary of the Massacre of 1871 where 20 Chinese men where lynched by an angry white mob in Los Angeles. And Asians today are by no means immune from violence at the hands of whites, blacks, latinos and of course other Asians. All minority groups have suffered. I personally think in the gay community, the anti-Asian attitudes exceed anti-black attitudes, but obviously there's no way to quantify that. I came across the most horrific Tumblr the other day (google real world asian raceplay) and there are straight versions of that site as well. It shocked me that kind of thinking is perpetuated by whites and Asians.
  3. I met with Danny recently as well for a massage. Super nice guy with very clean apartment. He is into muscle worship but is slightly less ripped that his photos. Not soft by any means, just not super defined. My only complaint is that his phone kept going off during my massage (it has a strobe notification).
  4. I'm a member at Burke Williams Santa Monica and every visit there is at least one super hot guy there. Yesterday was no exception: a beautiful tan and toned guy who was very hung, and a dancer from Sweden I struck up a conversation with. Oh, not to mention the four-way jerk fest in the steam room. But that's only happened once before. It's usually more miss than hit, but I've had a few hot sessions. Maybe we should try to meet up sometime.
  5. Actually you weren't there. He was just really nervous about getting caught and apologized (as did I). We hung out and chatted in the steam room after, and then I left them alone for the rest of the night to have their privacy. He thought I was straight. And no belly here. And I have great legs.
  6. Im sorry, when did a premium co-ed spa become a gay sexclub? Oh right, #whiteprivilege
  7. And his comfort is more important than mine because he's white and I'm not? Btw, I wasn't the one breaking the spa rules. For the record he came around. And the super hot guy was very okay with me being in the same room, eyes closed or not.
  8. I went recently. The admission was $80 plus tax. I don't know how it looked prior to renovation, but the individual showers in the wet area were nice. The hot/cold tubs were really shallow ... far less deep than KSpas in California. It seemed pretty cruisy, with this gorgeous muscular guy going around naked. Another hung white guy and black guy actively avoided me (see the racism thread). I accidentally walked in on the muscle guy and other white guy fooling around and apologized (I'm somewhat neurotic about race). Muscle guy said it was fine but the other guy wasn't cool with me being in the room, even though I closed my eyes and didn't even look at them. Later he came around. Sadly I'm used to this behavior because it happens all the time in Los Angeles. It was nice (one of the guys who works there is super hot) but pricy and I might not go back.
  9. It is some of the MOST prevalent discrimination in the gay community. Obviously you can't quantify it with sizeism and ageism, but there's a reason why you see "no fats, no fems, no Asians" in many posts, or the succinct and equally offensive "no rice or spice" (no Asians or Southeast Asians). Just google "gay racism." Fwiw I grew up in the Bay too.
  10. What happened with your masseur is terrible, Glee. That's my worst fear. You can just tell on someone's face when they're disgusted by your race. It's one of the worst feelings in the world. Ironically, it's their problem and not ours. If they're truly professional they should work with clients of all shapes, sizes and colors, especially if they are masseurs and their bodywork is meant to be therapeutic. I can understand if a client has open sores or a skin condition that could pose health risks, but being Asian is NOT a disease, even though some treat it as such. The entire energy changes and you put the blame on yourself. I've come to accept social rejection based on my race, and now business (because that's what massage or escort service is) rejection as well. It's a sad and depressing reality, but one that I can't change. I will continue to disclose my race, but only after the rate is stated so they can't raise it. And if they close a door in my face or don't touch me, so be it. The masseur who allegedly doesn't like Asian clients is Grant (formerly Taylor) in Weho, according to his thread.
  11. Lol I'm in Los Angeles. I can tell right away when I enter a spa, gym or bar and guys have an issue with me being there. It's a look in their eyes, usually followed by them exiting. People aren't very discreet in their disdain. It happened to me during a recent visit to Premiere57 in New York. My first visit there and guys would steer clear even though I had no interaction with them. It happened to me during my first trip to Immersion Spa in the SF Bay. That visit was especially painful because the moment I entered the steam room after showering, EVERYONE got up and left. When I decided that check out the sauna EVERYONE got up and left again. Rinse and repeat. Eventually I sat in an empty room and wanted to cry. I had never been there and never looked at or engaged with any of these guys. And the funny thing is, I don't usually consider asian masseurs (even though I have no race hangups) because they're often the ones who discriminate the most against other Asians!
  12. Do you reveal your race to your masseurs or escorts when booking? I'm Asian American and admittedly a little neurotic about how my race is perceived in the gay community after years of experiencing tons of negativity. I'm in my 30s and in decent shape, which I don't disclose because I feel that's "acceptable." But I always disclose my background, usually in the form of "I'm Asian, is that okay?" For the record, no one has ever said no, but in hook-up situations (which I know these aren't), I always reveal it right off the bat. I also don't respond to say, a Craigslist ad or Grindr post unless they specifically say "seeking Asians" (I don't even reply to ads that say "open to race"). I've just read/experienced instances where guys thought an Asian guy was Caucasian and felt "tricked." I have an equally neurotic fear of rejection (especially based on race) which is why I always disclose. I disclosed to the last masseur while booking, and he asked why I did it and thought it was "weird." But then again I just read a thread here about a local masseur who reportedly doesn't serve Asians. It would be my biggest nightmare if I booked him and he rejected me after opening the door. Maybe I'm just being crazy, but does anyone else do this?
  13. Lol the pin on his map is on the Museum of Death. Looks like he's packing a Dick of Death if that ten incher is real.
  14. Also Asian here, Where did the reports he was "not taking Asian" clients come from?
  15. Yes the map pulls up the same location between the two streets for all four masseurs.
  16. We have quite a few bathhouse options in Los Angeles, as well as some very cruisy day and Korean spas. One KSpa in particular is known for its outrageously hot guys, I've seen porn stars and male models there, as well as great-looking "regular" guys. The bathhouses tend to attract an older and or minority crowd; once in awhile the more "desirable" white or Latino younger guy will come in. I joke with my friend that I visited this one local bathhouse so often without getting and action I singlehandedly paid for the bathroom renovation there lol.
  17. "Greka," "Vladek," "Joseff," and "Davido" are scamming in Los Angeles now. Their ads all say "available now" at the same time and follow the same formats. Investigating a bit more, I sorted by distance and mapped each of their locations. Lo and behold, they all originate from the exact same building near La Brea and Hauser. Different phone numbers though. I don't know what type of scam they're doing, but buyer beware. First post btw!
