Reporting back on Javier. GREAT session (as someone said above, ruggedly handsome, deep sexy voice, great body, and very calm). The massage itself was one of the best I've ever had -- I have periodic back issues and had been recovering from a lower back spasm that locked up. It was better after my chiro visit, but still tender -- and Javier proceeded to pay extra attention to my back with great results. The extras were nice as well -- pretty standard, but I was plenty happy with the massage alone. One minor issue: the massage table seemed a tiny bit narrower than other tables I've been on. Maybe it's designed to be a little narrower because it's a traveling table -- he is schlepping it from Dallas to NOLA, then to 3 places in the Midwest, all via flights. All in all, that was my only negative -- everything else was fantastic.

No, I wouldn't. For those of us who live in metropolitan areas, there are other providers who meet the hot/sexy/touchy-feely masseur criteria and NOT be a hot Christian conservative who is MAGA. Thank you for the shout-out, Simon. I've been getting massages for 25+ years and can certainly steer people around because several of the therapists that I've used over the years are still in business (good and not so much). Unfortunately some good ones have moved or retired, but other good ones are still in the business, and there are some recent entries that I've scheduled and enjoyed.

I was going to catch you up on Dale Brown -- when I realized you were talking about the "other" Dale above, LOL.

Wilton Manors, I think. Eric (the partner) switched careers and became a home inspector. Dale came back to Dallas a few times, but the last time he was here (several years ago) he told me was retiring from massaging because a) he had some sort of injury that made massaging difficult for him (back, shoulder or neck?), and b) Eric's business was going really well, and Dale was going to handle all the booking, billing, etc. I had some fantastic sessions with those two.

I've been to Dann several times and the sessions have been excellent in all aspects (I've used him as an aesthetician). However, I probably won't schedule him again; he's added bareback daddy porn to his resume with multiple sites. I'm not really a prude, but it sort of skeeves me out.

Agree, it's also a little frustrating to find someone you're interested in and they can't be bothered to respond. On the flip side, some providers who can't accommodate you are truly nice about it. I had to cancel a 4-handed session with a traveling duo right after COVID hit -- just didn't feel comfortable being in a confined space with strangers. The partner I was communicating with was super-nice and understanding. They have since broken up but are still massaging -- they are here occasionally but I haven't been able to schedule with him (I had seen his partner once on a solo trip -- that session was fine but wasn't compelled to repeat with him).

I can empathize with you. I've been ghosted by 3 different masseurs in Dallas -- they were all providers I had seen on multiple occasions and I never knew what happened. One flat-out never responded to 3 texts; his former personal and massage partner said "Yes" but never followed up (I had seen them separately and together multiple times, and that didn't seem to be an issue). FYI, these two attempts were about a year apart. The third masseur -- I initially scheduled a session for the evening before Thanksgiving. Late that afternoon, as I was leaving the gym, he texted and asked if we could reschedule to the day after Thanksgiving as he had to prepare a dish or two for the next day. I said sure, no problem -- what time is good for you on Friday? Never heard from him again. Needless to say, I've moved on, LOL -- and all 3 seem to be out of the business.

Any by "move on", I mean that I procrastinated and didn't schedule a massage for Saturday; since my leading semi-regular is also out of town next weekend, I might be seeking input on a few more Dallas locals for a session next Sunday.
