I've seen him a few times since my original post and can verify what guest Davebk said -- easy to get to and park, very nice setup, great technical massage, nice sensual elements at the end. My only issue (not serious) is that it seems his chest is shaved every time I've seen him, and I like a furry pelt. Not a dealbreaker.

Saw him a few years ago in Dallas (pre-COVID). Safe setup in a chain hotel near the Medical District/Design District, along I-35.
