  1. I do occasionally visit/post there. Same username as here. The 'forum' is indeed moribund. I still do like the free porn on 'life and lust'. There is the occasional gem such as this vintage 1980s clip with Tom Chase:

Thanks for bringing back great memories - used up many a box of tissue with Mr. Chase - great video - biker leather jacket, skin-tight 501-Levi jeans - “the” wardrobe of the day!

  2. Back in the dark ages, when we hired from “local” gay newspapers, I met several times with a guy whose ad simply read, “Michael, an escort of distinction.” At first, he only offered dinner dates, then we went to a game, then a movie, etc., the boyfriend experience. Eventually, there were some hugs and a peck on the cheek. Finally, after some time, I guess the trust/comfort level reached its peak, and blossomed into a full-blown (pun fully intended) erotic relationship that lasted about two years and drained many things, especially my savings account. Patience is a virtue and can be well worth the investment and adventure.

  3. Several years ago, I had 3-4 encounters with an escort in a large mid-west city. His “name” was “Todd Firmer” which I thought was okay, but a little corny. Anyhow, after the second hookup, I researched his phone number, thinking of course it would be a burner. Not so. Found out his real name with a few clicks and a FB page. Duh, rookie. But he was a sweet guy, so the next time we met, he welcomed me with a delicious kiss, to which I replied, “Oh, Paul, you are so hot ...” no response ... so we continued on with our session and I purposely called him Paul a few more times, again no reaction. Finally I spilled the beans - he was shocked how I found out. We had a little training class on anonymity, burner phones, other free email accounts, etc. So after a new phone, new email, and some other advice, voila, a “new” person emerged. Lovely man; had a wonderful time - alas, Mr. Wonderful came along, and that was that. Ah, youth...

  4. Jeremy Allen White, who plays “Lip Gallagher” has really beefed up these past few weeks on Showtime’s “Shameless” series. A couple of weeks ago, a few shirtless shots, massive guns, new haircut, damn fine, fine, fine. And neighbor, bar owner, “Kevin” played by bodybuilder Steve Howey is likewise showing some nice skin and bare butt. When “Lip” starts puffin on a cig, and gets that little sexy grin going, yum, is he ever doable. Anyone else getting the hots for this dude?

  5. After you exchanged names, then it would have been okay to have asked if you’d met before. He might have said yes, I’m so-and-so or “whatever” OR no, I don’t believe so. A similar thing happened to me a long time ago: turned out the mysterious stranger was someone who had an office down the hall from mine - we had passed each other often but never made the formal introduction. Not long after, we ran into each other again, and it was a nice platonic encounter.

  6. This is getting to be more common than in the past. A few months ago I was in another large city on business. And I purposely stayed over an extra day for fun. Contacted a guy with numerous excellent reviews. We set up a time in the early afternoon to allow plenty of space to catch my flight. He texted me about an hour before the appointment and confirmed. So I had myself and the room all ready, even had some drinks and snacks. Five minutes before the time, he texted me with a simple “can’t make it” message. WTF? So I replied, but he ignored me; tried calling, went to voicemail; tried several more times and nothing. Fortunately I found a local dude whose ad said he was “online” and sent him a text. He replied and in 10 minutes was at the door. He was terrific and handsomely rewarded. You never know, you just never know.

  7. I was probably 11 or so, and my 17 year-old brother was a pretty decent athlete. But he wanted to bulk up some before his senior year playing football. He bought some weights and a few Strength & Health magazines. The pictures of the body builders in their posing straps got my attention big time. One day he came into my room unannounced and caught me reading (lusting) and was really glad I was taking an interest in building up my muscles. Yeah, kind of - at least one particular muscle. Those mags were a treasure trove for many a lonely teenage night.
