I have 0 problem getting attention from the majority of the men I want attention from. Sometimes self-confidence is the differentiator. Does it help that I have a nice face and very large penis? Probably. But when I was younger, and slimmer, and more muscular I lacked self confidence and didn't get as much attention. That being said... you can be the cutest puppy on the farm, and there's still gonna be somebody who prefers cats. If you're not their thing, you're not their thing. But if you're hiring someone, and they aren't providing what they said they would, you should also invite them to leave... which is also a self-confidence issue when you get right down to it.
