We are from the same city and hang out in the same areas. Trust me. Most of his friends are Latino and he lives in a heavily Dominican enclave last time I contacted him. From my experience 90 out 100 guys will look better in person and most of the times they will impress me. In his case I wasn't impressed but neither dissappointed. He does look like in the pics.
