I’ve met with Rich several times, and always had a great experience.  Although he has straight indicated, it has never impacted his participation.  He has always engaged and in the moment, and I’ve never felt rushed with him.   Also can hold a conversation if you do dinner or want time to do so.

Personally i couldn't meet two at a time ever if I hadn't met at least one of the gents prior and had some very high comfort level.
