1. Fashion, food, furnishings and fucking.
2. Your post reminded me of this clip - a little old but funny!!
3. I guess that makes me a slut! Not necessarily a bad thing...
4. I've considered him a few times, just my type, but can't get over the sticker shock. Out of my price range for a massage... (I know, I'm a cheap bastard! )
5. It really depends on whether you are talking an actual paper copy or the digital version (or both)! I get the paper version of the “failing New York Times” - $65 a month for a daily paper (Monday to Sunday). That also gets you online/digital access (handy when I am traveling). Online/digital only with no physical paper at your door is $16 a month. I have no idea what they would charge at a newsstand... I believe there is a suggested price listed on the front page but I dont have mine handy to check.
6. He does not. You have a suspicious mind sir! (And I like that!!)
7. I am quoting from the TV show Queer as Folk: “Hi, I’m Emmett Honeycutt, your Queer Guy and certified member of the four-F club. That’s fashion, food, furnishings and…hehe we’ll save the last F for cable.”
8. Your candor is appreciated!
9. I agree with your supposition. For me, it’s not really about making sure they look prestine, but rather making sure they don’t look or feel worn out...
10. If you are suggesting that in my first go round I focused too much on price, appearance and utility, you are absolutely correct!!
11. Well, the lamp shades are linen so I am not surprised that they need to be replaced. Leather couch gets a lot of ... well ass traffic - very comfortable.
12. Brave man! Not sure I am ready to admit that I am old enough to be a masseur’s father!
13. My expectations are pretty much on par with what @7829V outlined. Even when you ask the masseur (and you can and should ask what he offers) your mileage may vary. This is one of the reasons why it is so difficult for me to recommend a masseur - I can never be sure my experience will be your experience... If I ‘recommend’, then I am pretty sure. If I indicate ‘satisfactory’ then I had a good experience, but not sure it will be the same for everyone.
14. I was talking with a buddy yesterday, about replacing some of my home furnishings (mattress no longer in prime condition, leather couch showing its age, floor lamps starting to look ratty) and he mentioned the “10 year rule”. Apparently there is a rule that most soft furnishings need to be replaced about every 10 years, you should not expect their lifespan to exceed that... As gay men are considered experts when it comes to the 4 F’s, I figured this is the right crowd to ask: is that really a rule or did he just make it up?
15. Tough one, not exactly something they would disclose in their profile...
16. Interesting! Thanks for sharing. Personally leather has never been my thing, but as they say: you do you!
17. I’m not familiar with most of them - from your comments it sounds like a badboys’r’us club...
18. Any recommendations for Philadelphia? I am heading that way next week. Looking for an erotic massage and would prefer to be happy in the end. In addition, my preferences are for younger, willing to do outcall, a profile with accurate pics is always helpful. Thanks all!
19. I believe he’s been discussed on the forum before, but in the Spa section. https://m.adam4adam.com/?p=Thai4u
20. Haha! As the old adage goes: Sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes the bear eats you.
21. Here is a more recent one out of South Africa - thanks KFC!
22. Thank you @EVdude! Will see if anyone chimes in with something a little more recent... He had a rentmen ad up a year or so ago and was looking for someone to sponsor his body building activities. Addition: https://rent.men/ANTHONYXL. Results when searching for anthonyxl or anthony_nyc are not encouraging. Changing his name quite frequently, or so it appears.
23. It is very annoying to watch this ‘faking’ of injuries. It does not count as acting on my book. I also believe it is bad sportsmanship.
24. I do approve of the idea of having a brewery ‘filter’ your water for you! lol
