I took Vicodin for several years just to feel good, & never really become addicted to it. Dropped it w/o a problem once I stopped getting access to it, never took more than necessary either. Now I just take one Norco with matcha green tea or coffee in the morning on those days when I don't get enough sleep at night like today. Not everyone becomes addicted to substances, but others do right away, & it's not because they're weak, probably just predisposed to it or something...

Bad musical numbers belong @ the Tonys & @ the Grammys (one of the many reasons why I never watch either of those shows lol). The Oscars should be more like the Globes... fun, only 3 hrs long, & no musical performances.

No surprise wins when you take into account that all the guild winners ended up winning last night. Shape Of Water won DGA & PGA, Jordan Peel & the CMBYN guy won WGA, + all 4 actors won SAGs. So yeah, very predictable night. Everything Frances says is overly theatrical & a bit cooky at times. Frances McDormand stole the show, as she always does <3 Glad she won in the strongest acting category of the night. The entire event had mostly predictable outcomes tho... kind of dull, but I guess not a bad show. There needs to be a new host for next year.

^ Many people forget that FS is a SPORT & not performance art. Technical ability should always outweigh artistry, especially @ a highly competitive event like the Olympics. Some seem to want Disney On Ice instead of a sport with an artistic element to it. There are exhibition events out there for those kind of people if all they want is spiral sequences & overacted drama... I read that ISU want to add synchronized group skating to the 2022 Olympics the other day & it almost made me throw up lol
