Populist Fury

No one is denying the virus' existence. What some of us are against are the creepy authoritarian lockdown measures our government took that deprived us of our freedoms & left millions of working people unemployed... among many other things. It's easy for government/media goons to tell others to give up their jobs & surrender their freedoms in the name of "public safety" when they're not the ones having to do it... they aren't the ones losing out in this Covid hysteria period. The only rational path forward is the Sweden model. People who want & need to work shouldn't be forced into unemployment/economic ruin just to please those living in fear. Young & healthy people shouldn't be forced into home imprisonment either.

Did SARS-CoV-2 spread out on beaches, or in hotel rooms & bars where those young college students probably had sex & partied all night????? Study after study has shown that vast majority of infections take place indoors... in people's homes, in buses, airplanes, & other crowded indoor spaces. Rarely out in open air spaces. The safest place anyone can be these days is outside, under the hot late spring/summer sun where the virus stands no chance☀?

Those of us following international scientific studies (ignoring the mass hysteria on TV) have been saying that for months about weather & humidity levels playing a major role. That's why closing down beaches, parks, & other outdoor venues was always an unnecessary/hysterical move by our government.

I unfortunately need FB in order to stay connected with my massive extended family. It'd be impossible to keep in touch with most of them otherwise. Don't mind getting bday wishes at all since most of them come from RL friends & fam who don't need FB to remind them of my birthday.

Further proof that OTT hysteria in the media & draconian government measures have to be opposed, not enabled like it always is by creadulous people. SARS-CoV-2 has been a relatively weak virus from the start, that's why the vast majority of young & healthy people (especially kids) are almost immune to it. It only seemed to thrive & spread rapidly in 40-50 degree weather & under certain humidity levels. The late spring/summer heat is killing it off, weakening it's effects on people. ???

IDK how anyone can leave their parents (or grandparents) in one of those "senior facilities". Saddest place for anyone to end up in besides prison ?

Not surprised to hear this. Almost everything our hysterical media & the so-called experts have told us would happen has turned out to be wrong/false, or at least not nearly as dramatic as they claimed. ?

Eternal Kim love for making this righteous anti-fascist vid ? Not many are talking about the irreversible long-term damage the Covid-19 hysteria is inflicting on our civil liberties. The "news" media will certainly never bring it up, they've always been on the side of the Surveillance State & against the constitutional freedoms of the individual. I'm always amazed by how quickly & easily regular people are willing to give up their rights & freedoms do to fear. Willing to live in a police state just so they can feel "safe" from invisible threats like this virus & all those made-up ones that never came.

I've decided that I like working out @ home better than @ the gym during this Covid period. Planning on ordering the rest of the equipment I need so I don't have to go back to the gym after they open back up here in Cali.

He looks like he aged a whole entire decade ? Still, just one case... most people don't develop symptoms, don't even know they have the virus when they catch it. We can't live our lives in fear just because of this one particular case... which is what fear agents in the media seem to want.

IDK how anyone can still consider CNN (or any of those other corporate "news" outlets) actual news these days. It's time for all these authoritarian fear-based lockdowns orders to be lifted, especially here in Cali where the virus has a hard time spreading in our hot spring/summer weather. Young & healthy people should be out working & enjoying life ?‍♂️?‍♂️ Those still fearing the virus, the elderly, & the physically vulnerable, can remain on voluntary lockdown if they want... their choice, their right. I #CovExited on May 1st, threw a small bday party for my BF on May 2, & been doing everything I want since then. We don't actually have to wait for permission from our self-serving government officials to live life! People are safer from SARS-CoV-2 out in the warm spring/summer weather than locked up inside anyway.

Sweden took the correct + courageous science-based approach in dealing with the SARS-CoV-2 virus ? Those of us not brainwashed by our hysterical "news" media have been saying it since day 1.

‘Life Has to Go On’: How Sweden Has Faced the Virus Without a Lockdown The country was an outlier in Europe, trusting its people to voluntarily follow the protocols. Many haven’t, but it does not seem to have hurt them. Freedom-loving angels ??? I envy their courage + the trust they have in their institutions & each other. When I hear people call for so-called testing-tracking-tracing here, all I can think is "an Orwellian nightmare waiting to happen -_-". We must of oppose that s*** at all cost. There are several other ways to deal with the virus that doesn't involve us having to surrender more of our privacy & freedoms to the ever-growing Surveillance State.
