As a client if I pay for your flight, yes, you give me your full name, so I can book it for you. No I am not just sending you the money so you can book it yourself. But realistically, if I pay for your flight, it is because we know each other well enough from previous meets. I don’t think I would fly someone I have never met.

Well, that depends how busy they are. If you choose them among the most popular, they will be very busy already and since they only are able to do so many meetings per day, loosing one client who asks too many questions is not a big deal, they have more clients than they can handle already. This is true of any business. Try to get an electrician these days: all the ones that are highly recommended can’t even be bothered to come and give you a quote. They already have enough work. Simple.

I don’t understand where the question comes from? Who uses half sentences? Do you have examples? If you are complaining that some people write, on their 3rd text: “ok 5 pm, I’ll be there.” rather than “I agree and confirm our appointment at five in the afternoon, as agreed previously, at your hotel, and I am really looking forward to it.” then maybe you are fighting a loosing battle.
