I would sit down with him for breakfast at a local Denny's and give him kind advice as to the benefits of eating healthy. I'm in the 165-170# range at 5'10", but starting today I am cutting off sugars from my diet. I am stating this at least publicly in this forum, so that I feel compelled to stick to this eating/drinking change. I will report in a month or two to share what I experienced.
