Happy Holidays @WilliamM and to all the good friends in this forum...!

A very, very good friend shared this linked video with me and I have been taking the drink for about a week an hour before bed and I feel that it is beginning to work... I also cut off sugar this week as I stated in this thread... I am hoping that when all is put together along with a moderate exercising routine, my body will be better prepared to fight colds and other diseases. I guess it all starts with mentally making the decision and sticking to it... Best...!

Is it just me, or do they look as specially selected with some thought put into them...?

I'm going to save as many as possible... This one month drought is going to be excruciating... It's not just all the beautiful bodies that we won't have the pleasure of viewing on a daily basis, but the camaraderie the ensues through the back and forth replies. So, one more day for the final hurrah!!

Well, looks like you were on the right track... I didn't know this fact about flamingos... Quoted from blogs.scientificamerican.com: "Another study, published in Anatomical Record in 2006 by biologist Casey Holliday and professor of anatomy Lawrence Witmer from Ohio University, found erectile tissue in the flamingo’s beak. Flamingos are known for their odd way of eating – they stand in shallow water, and put their beaks in an almost upside-down position in the water to catch food as it floats by. Their tongues act like pumps that manipulate the water, squeeze the food out and trap it. When Holliday and Witmer constructed a 3D model of a flamingo’s head, they noticed large, oval-shaped masses of erectile tissue on the floor of its mouth and running along either side of its tongue.
