  1. Yes @FrankR is right. Keeping them engaged is big. I think the answer here is quality content and maybe even a posting schedule so subscribers have something to look forward to. Creating teaser pics and vids of what’s to come can be a great way to entice them too.
  2. More than likely the subscribers are joining then cancel after one month. From what I have heard, keeping an account on there and making any justifiable amount to keep it is difficult. You need a massive following and/or be a big name in the industry. Promote yourself on all social media platforms and tag the site.

  4. I think in the end, more information is better than none. There are many factors that go into making a decision to hire or not. Hotel can be one of these factors.
  5. onr point I haven’t mentioned is timing in booking. Your $296 hotel would likely be $130-150 if you purchase it far enough Ah good read indeed! Did you see 2018’s revision?
  6. Marriott has a very wide range of hotel brands. I’d much prefer the points, status perks, and overall great experiences being loyal to one brand. If you ask many business travelers out there, I’d bet they would agree with me on that with both hotels and airlines. Loyalty helps both parties out but if you’re after the cheapest cost savings option, there’s always that too.
  7. @Mocha Marriott Bonvoy is the name of the Program. Like Hilton HHONORS. Levels are: Member Silver Gold Platinum Titanium Ambassador You said “Usually Do” so yes a Gamble. If you cannot 100% guarantee your room for a pre set time period for a client, you’re gambling in it being available. Late check outs are very much so based on availability. If the hotel was booked solid the next day, your room was on the chopping block. As for your pool experience. If the pool felt liable in anyway, $3k and a voucher sounds way better than a lawsuit where they are ound liable for health related damages. This was all in the name of mitigating risk and had nothing to do with the type of rate your stay had.
  8. You’d be hard pressed to find a city Marriott isn’t in considering there final official merge with SPG. It appears the issue here is using Priceline. Hotels view these bookings as bottom priority. You don’t receive any reward member perks, points, or anything. If you worked with that client, it’s great. What isn’t great is making promises if a time and hosting when you couldn’t cover that 100%. You gambled on the fact the hotel would let you Check out late.
  9. Ah! Found it for ya! Article VII Section 3.14 Upon receiving inquiry of location, Escort shall furnish hotel information to inquiring party. If no location can be furnished, client is not bound to any perceived appointment.
  10. @Mocha Do you think scheduling a session on check out day after normal check out was wise? In most scenarios it’s a hard stop unless you have it prearranged but even this is iffy unless you can use your hotel status. It’d be my recommendation to stick with one hotel brand. I have Ambassador status with Martiott Bonvoy program. I can check in at any hour essentially and 4 pm Check outs are standard with no questions asked. This is just one perk among many. You’ll find many answers to be yes rather than no even with mid level status with a hotel.
  11. I know who you’re talking about and yeah what a great system. I personally save as first name, city, and a character. This character can mean different things such as avoid. I’ll put a small note too nothing crazy or identifiable.
  12. This work is very intimate. Connections are very real. I care for many guys that I see so there’s a wide variety of relationships that exist. The tough part is when either party oversteps that professional boundary.
  13. Led to relationship? No. Mutual feelings yes. Mutually broke off? Yes.
  14. Dude! Great post! I need a refresher on my description too!
  15. Cancelations are unavoidable. They’ll always happen. Even No Shows. You can take every precaution imaginable and still have it happen. I’d suggest you just brush it off, wish them well and move on. If they canceled for a real reason, being sweet to them will only pay off positively for you in the future. A very good client of mine cancelled when I traveled to his city for his birthday. I arranged other appointments in addition to him but we both know that this particular city isn’t a great market for me. He had real excuses and felt terrible. He actually still paid me in full, despite my telling him not to. This business is about building relationships and treating people right.
  16. Puzzling on Square. I’m sure something was flagged possibly from someone that paid you which had them watch carefully. I think in the end, cash will prevail in this industry. I now have the habit of paying restaurant bills with CC and leaving a cash tip. I’m sure my server appreciates it.
  17. I recall @purplekow offering up life insurance shares? Venmo has been my go to for cashless transactions. I have taken almost everything you’d think of but really only entertain the idea with clients I like Cash is always long but I have an example. My client only had so much cash and wanted an overnight. I had met them before so didn’t mind splitting cash/Venmo. This was convenient for ya both snd the best of both worlds.
  18. Ok so the new question is why chastise clients asking where you’re staying when that seems to be the traveling escort industry standard? How is a client to know you do things differently?
  19. May I ask you why you have not had your hotel confirmed when you’re already advertising? I’m sure they want to see if your location will be convenient. Some clients prefer downtown or maybe outside if it. Will they need to pay parking? How ar will their drive be? Etc.
  20. Your Cardiologist can also bill insurance who knows what!
  21. @jjkrkwood I write checks for my bills and mail them! Always have
  22. I’ll shed some light here. My close fellow provider many here know agrees with me that the market is seeing a shift. Only time will tell what that means for us
  23. Saw a commercial and was just disgusted! My father retired from chicken they say. He worked for the Colonel from the start of 15! I naturally cooked chicken in my days and had it on occasion. He ran an AW KFC so the menu was bigger. The only promotional item I liked was the cheese curds and much later “Grilled” chicken.
