I'm usually very controlled in my response to anything on this site, but with people dying, countless homes being destroyed, hundreds of thousands of animals being killed, why would anyone worry about the Australian Open Tennis Tournament?

For traditional pie I love a tart blueberry pie or a strawberry rhubarb pie. But I'm a chocolate lover so my favorite is a Salmagundi Black Bottom Pie! Be very careful with that immersion water heater. Way back in the late 60's my family owned a small resort hotel. A guest had one of those and he almost burned the hotel down by taking it out of the cup and setting it on the bureau!

It seems that some hotels these days have their A/C controlled by motion devices - I go to bed and after a while they shut off - I get hot, get up to go to the bathroom and they come on again. Very annoying!

For me (67) the answer is to regularly do exercises for the core (I'm talking 20min every other day) - not just abs, but exercises that encompass your front, sides, and back. If I don't do them then I start to slump and then back issues arise. I've never used a posture corrector but my feeling is that they are a temporary fix and don't really address the underlying issue of weakening core muscles.
