Bumping this because in the vast wasteland that is the Boston market, at least for my tastes, Jacobla will be my only go-to when I am in town and have the time. I communicated with him by text to try to set up an appointment. Definitely ESL plus typos galore (big fingers?). He's not great with geography, as his "in Boston" was 30 minutes outside the city. There are some old threads on this guy, which I can't find because of a name change. He's been 29 and in Boston for years now. Now FootballStud's account is gone from rentmen, just like many of the other accounts his sole reviewer had reviewed. I smell a scam.
