I haven't been to Vienna in a while so don't have any recommendations for a one-on-one meeting. I do recommend going to Kaiserbrundl. It's a beautiful space for a sauna and I've usually had fun there. One caveat: One time, I booked and got an excellent therapeutic massage there from a young Bulgarian guy, not at all my type.
