I have asked a couple of guys about why they put "Ask Me" as a response for "Orientation" in their rentmen ads, one guy in the UK and one guy on the East Coast of the US. Both basically said it's to increase their market opportunities. A good chunk of their business was with M/F couples. They thought that by saying "gay", it would eliminate them from that market. I'm not sure why they didn't use "bisexual".

Handsome, mixed-race guy from Brazil. Very friendly, conversational, good English. The pictures in his ad showing a massage session are not him, because he is free of tats. As John Galt reported, the massage moved quickly to sensual. The massage itself was more Swedish with a little deep-tissue here and there. For my tastes, there was too little actual massage before it move to sensual and then to erotic. Maybe it was because what I had communicated to him in advance about what I was looking for in a session. The session delivered everything I asked for, done mostly well and with passion. But it felt like an express meal service. I like longish sessions, with a slow build-up. This was not. After I left, I realized that my 2-hour session was only 1-hour, and that I had paid for 2 hours. I thought that the time had flown by and didn't think to look at the time until I was out on the street in the throngs in Chinatown. Would I repeat? No. London has so many other choices. Totally agree. I had an incredible experience with Rick and David. They far exceeded my expectations. Pricey but well worth the cost for me. And very nice guys. They are outside of Boston - it was a 50 minute Uber ride to go 9 miles from downtown to their place on a rainy Friday afternoon during rush hour. Even with that, I plan to see them again the next time I am Boston.
