Back in the 90s, a fuck buddy got an email account and started sending me (and everyone else) chain emails almost daily, with one crazy story or another. I got down with more than a few older and overweight guys in my youth, it wasn't a big deal. I concur with the idea that it's more about confidence and personality, which is funny since I don't have either.

Statin therapy is associated with a significant increase (30% in one study) in Type 2 diabetes in people who were already at high risk for diabetes. Not to say that people shouldn't take statins if there is a medical reason, but to underscore how important it is to work towards reducing all the risk factors. Easier said (and they say it a lot) than done.

Sketchy as hell, I think the whole site looks fake.

We have to do what makes us comfortable. If hosting makes one worried, the session will be spoiled, which is not fair to anyone.

Not directed at you, just kicking off your comment with an observation that the best way to make sure this doesn't happen is to keep professional and personal very separate. I recently saw a post by a guy in his professional twitter account that linked to his somewhat neglected personal instagram account that apparently he has decided to repurpose for work but if you scroll back far enough, his real name is displayed (not to mention it reveals he's older than he claims ). I'm sure he would freak out if he realized this, it basically contradicts his whole professional persona. Point is people are amazingly leaky with personal info by nature, it requires sustained effort to maintain a partition. But if you do (unintentionally?) blur the line between the personal and the professional, don't freak out when people turn up knowing more about you than you anticipated.

In the previous version of the forum, you could click on the post number in a thread and a dialog would open that included the code you could then paste into a post that would show up as a hyperlink where the display text was the thread title and the link would take you to the specific post number you had copied the code from. It was pretty handy. I can't seem to find that now, not sure if I'm missing something...
