  1. They are hyping the hell out of this film, it had better be at least as good as Get Out. I'll find out this weekend.
  2. I loved that show and the satirical, but loving, recaps over at Rod 2.0: Beta were required reading, here is the recap for the first episode: Noah, Noah, Noah I think it's weird the movie is still not available in HD. I know it exists, I saw it in a theater!

  5. All true and a must do, but I do feel obligated to say even here, one has to take a critical view. I'm think of all the newbies that turn up singing praises when a guy gets a little bit of less than excellent feedback and there was even an established forum member who vouched for a guy who was using the pics of a famous porn guy, but then it turned out they had never even met and the real guy was not the porn guy
  6. Just to be clear, this was not a situation where he was more than I was expecting or there was some misunderstanding, he knew exactly what I wanted and agreed to that before I arrived. Otherwise I would not have bothered.
  7. I'm shocked if nothing changed.
  8. I've met him, I can't recommended him. My experience with him was the same as the text of his Nov. 1, 2018 RM review.

  10. Did you enter DevinMasters in the forum search box?
  11. I am perfectly happy to use the 'dislike' smilie to express my feelings without having to waste any more of my time.
  12. It's still amazing how such an enormous story can be reduced to a stereotype. Even a 6 hour documentary barely scratches the surface.
  13. I'm with you, I had a similar string of experiences last year and also took a step back.
  14. I don't think you should worry about this for one second. On a practical side, just about anyone should be able to muster the wardrobe for a pub or sports bar, but not necessarily for a nice lounge. Arranging an overnight one time, I inquired if the gentleman travelled with dressy clothes and was assured he did, so I made a reservation at a nice restaurant (with a dress code) but when I checked in with him once he was in town, it turned out he hadn't brought anything. Reservation cancelled and Chipotle, it was! I've learned not to focus too much on stuff like that.
  15. The world pulls the Andon Cord on the 737 Max I wonder if it's going to turn out to not be possible to fix this with a software patch. And here is my main STEM man Miles, making what I think is an important point, if this had been an issue with hardware, the fleet would have been long grounded, but since it was software, it wasn't perceived the same way.

  17. I'll admit I find this concept hard to accept. It seems like a rather convenient way to justify some bias. Since moving to a majority black city, the majority of my hookups have been with black guys (imagine that! ) and my extensive personal experience doesn't support this claim. I remain skeptical. There is a guy in an exercise class I take who does get in the shower but doesn't use any soap or deodorant, just the hot water. He's good for a few minutes right after the shower but when I run into him before class, whew, baked-on body odor! I'm not averse to this for a short period, and I would take just about any naturally generated odor over anything synthetic, I don't think I could handle this on an ongoing basis.

  21. Get out of here with all these facts! The argument being made is actually an emotional one. People want to engage in risky behavior but don't want to accept responsibility for any adverse consequences for their choices, so et voila, it must be someone else's fault. Because they say so.
  22. I have no problem with this business model. I'm always upfront about my expectations, so providers are never surprised during a meeting.
