If a client decides to not hire you, would you prefer to know the reason, or just say "no thanks", or prefer they just drop the conversation?

That depends on what you mean by stable.

Everyone will always lose clients/customers, over time. They will move away, die, find other things to be interested in, be lost to competitors, their lives change and move on, blah, blah, blah...

If by stable you mean that you have a consistent influx of 'replacements' to offset your lost clients through 'attrition', then stable is fine.

If by stable you mean that you have all the clients you want and aren't thinking about what happens next, or what happens if you lose a client, then stable is really stagnant.

Some escorts do not offer facepics even privately but offer "walk away for free" if their looks aren't satisfactory upon meeting. When the person involved has a reputation and history with favorable reviews, the absence of facepics seems like it shouldn't be a dealbreaker unless the potential client is looking to hire someone with a specific look.

Back to the same point. I agree that a face pic missing alone may not be a deal breaker. However, an escort's profile, ad text, reviews, etc... may never get looked at. A "walk away free" policy is a great idea, but if the client never gets to the policy, then it doesn't compensate.

May absolutely be true. Other escorts may be trying to keep some measure of confidentiality. Those providers probably don't need to build or replace their client base through a site like RM. Nothing wrong with that.

As I've said before, the more obstacles you put in the way, the more difficult it is for a potential client to be drawn into that initial contact.

As a salesperson for yourself, you want to be able to draw clients in. It is part of the sales process.

So, without a face pic, the rest of your ad has to draw me in. If you throw onto that "Ask Me" for things, or poor ad text, or limited ways to contact you, or come across as limited, or etc... then I'm not going to bother contacting.

Until the industry moves toward a "deposit required" culture, I would be hard pressed to ever give one - especially since I have had escorts cancel on me because they got a better offer elsewhere.

This is probably never going to happen. Especially for the short duration meetings.

You'd have to meet to arrange a deposit, or there are methods for credit card payments, but they have other issues, such as merchant fees, chargebacks, and lack of complete discretion.

A criminal record doesn't give you an understanding. Turning someone away because of the existence of a criminal record is just fear mongering.

If you're looking for a reason not to hire someone, great, don't hire them. But, once a person has been convicted and done their time, shouldn't we be giving the person a chance?

I don't carry all my extra cash, or all of my valuable, or everything I have, to an encounter. Anymore than I carry them to the doctor's office or the gym. I'm not inviting someone to my home and into my office or safe. And I'm not hiring for an overnight with someone I haven't met.

So, if they have a criminal record, so what? If they can do the job I hire them to do, and I take the same standard precautions, then, ok by me.
