I've booked masseurs who advertise on MF, Rent Masseur, and/or Rent Men. My experience is the guys exclusively on Rent men are least skilled on massage and most apt to be more escorty. MF guys tend to be more likely to be skilled but there are guys who used to be on MF who've moved to Rent masseur who are just as trained/licensed/skilled but got annoyed by MF's rates and rules so are exclusively on Rent masseur. I will say the rate of masseurs I've booked on MF who have delivered more than a strictly therapeutic massage is just about on par as the rate of guys I've booked from Rent masseur (and the ones that didn't offer more have generally left the business or moved to massagefinder (which seems to be the less gay version of masseurfinder :-)). I think the main difference I've seen between MF and RM is the guys on MF tend to leave most of their clothes on for the actual massage portion while RM guys are more apt to get naked for the massage but even then I've booked MF guys who are stark naked before I get my shoes off!😉 As others have said it ultimately comes down to chemistry.

Ugh--had a similar encounter with him a couple of years ago. I was planning a trip to NYC and was trying to figure out who I wanted to reach out to in order to book some sessions with. I looked at his private pics on Rentmasseur (I'd signed up for a premium membership in the lead up to the trip) and he messaged me and then when I didn't reply quickly enough for him after reading his message, he angrily messaged me (dude, a lot of time somebody has time to look at message without being able to reply right away). And he messaged me several times until I just blocked him. I might have booked him but not after the garbage attitude. For the same trip I was messaged by a couple of other guys in NYC after looking at their pages/pictures and they were very pleasant (I ended up booking one of them and if I'd had more time would have booked the other but had already booked my quota).

Saw him about 18 months ago. The massage was decent (he gave a lot of attention to the glutes) but he did keep his underwear on (though he did briefly pull them down and gave a quick glance at his dick). Haven't repeated on subsequent trips to NYC (and probably never will) but don't regret- there are just better options in NYC.

Yeah Wi is good for eye candy (lots of straight guys the with their girlfriend/wife) but the times I've been there (both pre and post pandemic) it wasn't really a place to play (there are other K Spas in LA with more of a bathhouse rep).

Like 4 or 5 years ago I went to a couple events through Daddy Retreat including one run by the Bate Coach. As others have said he's like in his 30s (definitely younger than Aaron aka Dominus Eros), lean, reasonably hung. I think I actually liked the bate-focused event the Bate Coach ran better than the massage focused one Dominus Eros ran. As others implied, the focus and the crowd of attendees will go a long ways in determining how much you enjoy the session. I feel like a rank amateur! There's a regular guy I see in town every 2 months or so. I then augment that with a couple of regular guys that visit town periodically--so averages out to about once a month or so.

I think if you go expecting play, you're likely to be disappointed. Not going to say there's no chance, but from what I've seen, odds are low which is honestly OK with me. There are plenty of places you can find action out there, but there aren't that many places you can chill naked with other guys (especially in the non-summer months).

All sorts. I was there on a Friday in the fall several years back and there were Korean guys, Brooklyn hipsters, Russian guys, what I think were Orthodox Jewish guys. A real mix. Age wise, while there were some older mostly Korean guys, most guys were definitely under 50 and probably under 40. There were definitely several guys in their 20s.

Pre-pandemic I've gone on weekdays (though think only Monday and Friday), usually arriving at 10 or noon, and there were definitely guys there (though more seem to arrive as the afternoon progresses) though it was definitely more a 'chill with other guys naked' vibe than a play vibe.

Regarding Joey mentioning the 3 hours in the gym 5/6 days a week--the work is definitely on display (his body is rock hard). I can definitely see why he has a loyal following as he travels from city to city. The one time I saw him he did talk a lot which didn't bother me (and nothing negative about my body). I've never had a masseur greet me at the door naked--and I'd probably find it a little weird/awkward if they did. However I've had several greet me wearing just a pair of shorts or sweatpants--and they've gotten completely naked before I've even finished taking my shoes off! ? That said I tend to prefer a masseur that's naked throughout than one that gets undressed at the end--it feels like we're more on the same level.

For massage, table is definitely preferred. When I've received a massage on bed my neck often ends up contorted into uncomfortable positions (since you have to turn your head to breathe!). There are some types of massage that are OK--anything that would be done on a mat like Thai massage is usually fine and I suppose a massage that is mostly relaxing with a lighter touch is usually OK as well. I suppose the best situation is when you start on a table but then 'retire' to the bed.
