  1. I have no use for Ramsey. I heard he’s homophobic and won’t allow gay couples on his show to shout they are debt free. He has also fired people for having premarital sex. Tenn. is a right to work state and recently he fired a female employee who was pregnant and not married because she violated the “morality clause” for having premarital sex. So now the lady is without insurance to cover her pregnancy and newborns health care. I heard he will fire LGBTQ employees if he finds out. His financial advice doesn’t work at all for me, but could for someone who can’t handle debt. I charge everything I can on credit cards for the miles and points and get a ton of benefits (i.e. rental car coverage for free that paid for a claim a couple years ago and trip delay/cancel insurance which has saved me a lot of the years). He is against credit card and thinks everyone should have a debit card instead (not to mention you also have to pay foreign transaction fees overseas). Totally disagree with him on student loans. He thinks people shouildn’t finance an education. Come on, paying cash for college is impossible for most people. If I would have received a two year instead of a four year degree, I/‘d be making a fraction of what I make in my field with a four year degree. And it would be impossible to pay for medical or law school with cash, and he thinks people should work, and that isn’t possible if you are in med school with the hours you put in. I do agree with him that the only debt someone should have is a 15 year mortgage and pay it off ASAP.
  2. Yeah I’ve watched the first few episodes. Good show so far. Young Royals on Netflix is another good show with a young gay theme. I see season 2 will be coming out in November
  3. Been binge watching it. I watched the first three episodes a few months ago on a Delta long flight (their IFE system had just the first three shows) and I loved Love, Simon and decided to get Hulu mainly just to watch this show since I'm not out much seeing my AmEx streaming credit covers it. Finished watching it last night. Sad to see it end. Anyone that watched Love, Simon knew how the series would end after five minutes into the last show. Plenty of nice eye candy. I wish they would have had a show where they had a GLSEN meeting since the parents attended PFLAG. I think it would have been nice at the end of the final show if they would have given out the name and phone number/websites for teens strugling for charities like GLSEN and Trevor Project as well.
  4. My sister has very sensitive skin and uses Ecos that is a plant based detergent she buys at Costco. She also uses free and gentle downy for a fabric softner. If you are using dryer sheets or a regular softener or bleach that could be causing the irritation as well.
  5. I read that about the tonsillitis. Makes sense she wouldn't be able to perform and she should be resting her voice but the broadway article says she was told not to perform because it's contagious I never heard of of tonsilitis being contagious I know she had covid and I heard that can be an after effect. Seems like she is out sick more than she is performing. Unfortunately she wasn't out sick the day I went, I think I would have enjoyed the show a lot more if the understudy was doing Fanny's part
  6. Company and Moulin Rouge are both great shows. One show I'd really recommend is Hadestown.
  7. It's a calendar year so you would be eligible again on 1/1/23 to buy another $10K. And if you have a trust you can buy another $10K this year, you just need to open up another US Treasury account in the name of the trust even if it's the same SSN and bank account info. Talk to your estate lawyer if you don't have a trust set up.
  8. I'd recommend listening to Suze Orman's Suze School podcast she did a couple months ago on IBonds. It was through her podcasts I learned about them last year and she dedicated a whole podcast to them recently and wish she would have done it last year, because I would have had my trust buy another $10K. I was always under the impression the trust had to have it's own TID and I found out through that show that isn't the case. I had no problems buying a second $10K Ibond in the name of my trust using my SSN and the same bank account account number associated with my other treasury direct account. According to their website, I'd be required to send in a copy of the trust showing it could buy securities but I was never asked for the info.
  9. I wonder how people using an internet based bank get a Medallion stamp since there is no branch to walk into. My bank did it for me once when I was transferring stocks from one brokerage firm to another but thought the Treasury Direct required it be from the bank the account is at verifying you are a customer.
  10. I contacted him and he quoted me $750 an hour LOL. He's been on RM for two years and no reviews.
  11. I saw it Saturday. Was debating between seeing it or Beetlejuice (I love Kerry Butler). Wish I would have gone to Beetlejuice instead. Very disappointing. Beanie was a very poor fit for the part of Frannie. I liked her in Hello Dolly, but she was awful in this. She didn't have the voice for the part. Ramin Karimloo and Jane Lynch were great. There were a lot of empty seats. I don't see this show lasting much longer unless they get a get a lot better replacement for Beanie after she leaves.
  12. That's correct. Suze Orman talked about it on her podcast recently. It shows how much you'll get if you cash it out today.
  13. Hoping to meet him this weekend
  14. I think the theater can still require masks though if they want. My city hasn't been requiring masks for a long time, but when I saw Berndette peters last month, she was requiring proof of vax plus masks even though the venue wasn't. I have tickets to see it Friday (love that is' a 7 pm show instead of 8 friday) and there were only a few seats open when I bought the tickets two weeks ago
  15. Cliff was the guy who did the spanking on spankingcentral. He hasn't made any new videos in a few years, I heard he had trouble finding models and the site wasn't profitable for him any longer. I think the site is still up and you can pay to download the videos but I've seen the videos on a lot of free video streaming sites. Before he started spanking central, cliff use to be huge spanking sub. I remember seeing a homemade video he did in the 90's where he had a paddle broken over his ass.
  16. And if the couple each has their own trust that is another $20K a year. I bought a $10K individual and $10K in my trust this year and wish I would have known about this loophole last year. I knew a trust could buy $10K but I thought the trust had to have it's own Tax ID and I found out a couple months ago this isn't the case
  17. Thought about hiring him but the gun tattoo was a total turn off.
  18. For the fans of straight lads spanked Andy Lee now has an ad up. I always thought he was hot and would love to go over his lap and I'll be in london in July:)
  19. Always been a fan of his straight lads videos and see he is now escorting in London and I'll be there in July:) Anyone met him yet Andyleexxx - Pornstar Performer, Rentboy, Gay Massage in London, United Kingdom | RentMen
  20. I tried meeting him with him a long time ago in Vegas and can't remember what happened. I had a session with Alexander Gustavo a few weeks before he committed suicide and those two were very close and Alexander recommended him for an intense kink scene. Looks like he is shaving his chest now. In that ad he has a smooth chest and he used to be really hairy
  21. Only had an ad up a few weeks and sounds like he is into a lot of things I'm into Hard to find hot, young guys into flogging and bdsm but no reviews and I'll be in Chicago next weekend for IML and was thinking of hiring him. TheDukeFoxx - Pornstar Performer, Rentboy, Gay Massage in Chicago, IL | RentMen
  22. I thought she was pretty good in the part. I like Rosalie Craig better in the London production but thought Lenk was worth of a nomination. Especially seeing the others that received nominations. With the exception of Sutton Foster, I think she was better than any of the other nominees
  23. Suze Orman did another podcast yesterday on Ibonds. One thing I found out is if you want to change linked bank accounts you have to go to a branch of the bank and get a medallion stamp. Not sure how that will work out with people who have internet based banks
  24. Ibonds is a good place if you don't need it for one year for a good return with no risk. Only problem is that you are limited to $10K a year (can do another $10K if you ahve a trust and another $5K if you have a tax refund that high and get paper bonds with it)
  25. I'm surprised she didn't stop the show and require them to be thrown out like she did when someone was taking pics during Gypsy. In fact she kept saying "who do you think you are" when that incident happened.
