No one else who has responded seemed to be confused. And your answer to my question is that it is none of my business apparently. I do accept your apology though.

Your post doesn't answer either question posed.

Can we stick to the issue and not divert the topic?

What is the role of a Moderator? Are they proactive or do they have wait for someone to question a post?

It took the Agency 4 weeks after they received my check for the passport renewal fee to cash it. I will keep you posted on when I get the new passport.

I am about half way through the first season. It keeps me interested in the unfolding mystery. I like that the story is told over an entire season instead of each episode being self contained. As said before, this is in essence a prequel. Perry Mason is a private detective prior to being an attorney. It is set in LA in the early 1930s. The characters are more filled out than in the 50s television series. Matthew Rhys is good as Mason. John Lithgow plays Mason's "mentor" who frequently hires him for legal cases. Lithgow always pleasantly surprises me in serious roles. I am hopeful for a second season, but I need to get through this one first.

In advance of my first trip to Savannah, GA later this year, I have begun reading John Berendt's book, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Quirky, but it is a real page turner.

I watched the 2020 movie The Father with Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Colman. It is a sad and tragic experience, but provides a different perspective on the subject. In addition to the performances of Hopkins and Colman, the production is compelling and even the sets visually help tell the story and provide insight. It is a tough subject, but Florian Zeller does a great job both as writer and director. Hopkins won Best Actor. Zeller won Best Adapted Screen Play.

If you like history, on my trip I liked the following museums: https://www.templomayor.inah.gob.mx The Temple Mayor museum. The major temple of the Mexica people. The museum contains artifacts and gives glimpses of on going digs. https://mnh.inah.gob.mx The Museum of National History is in Chapultepec Castle which was the Emperor Maximillian's former residence. Maximillian was an Austrian that the French tried to impose on Mexico as ruler. My trip was several years ago and I stayed in a Hilton Embassy Suites near Reforma, but that was obviously pre Covid. I have no info on current Covid situation.
