Yea I've been thinking about starting in a more structured way but am also slightly worried about the lack of privacy in some ways and the potential impact it can on other aspects of your life. I believe you can pick and choose clients (if you have the option),as they can pick and choose providers. Beggars (just hope to have plenty of inquiry) shouldn't be choosers but I think it would be best to leave a session both feeling good about yourself, and your overall work, which should be based on the clients response after its over.  It seems some people take this more seriously? As this might be their livelihood, other people are just making a little money on the side, and then all the other reasons in-between. Personally, I couldn't sit around and think that by providing, I'm somehow helping better the current geopolitical state of the world or reversing the dementia progression in my clients, but that's just me. However, recently I've had experiences from different people where I was compensated for what I believe to be a quite decent amount for what I consider, "easy acts", i.e. mostly just laying back, letting them service me and sometimes being dominant as they requested. The opportunities were offered and I took them, would have I hooked up with these individuals without the prize, maybe one of them. How did I feel after? Fine! Hmm that’s not true for New York City. I book DayUse rooms in Manhattan for 6-10pm every two weeks for meetups. For today for example, there are 33 hotels in NYC for which you can check in at 7pm.

There definitely are a whole bunch that offer slots of 6-10pm. Wall Street Inn, Yotel, and a whole bunch in the midtown west and Chelsea area. I use them regularly. May dry up in the busier seasons. Also, watch out for the “resort fee” that some add on, which can really jack up the price.

The thing about Seeking is that there's absolutely zero consistency in expectations. Some guys want a serious long term relationship (I assume so you write them into the will and then they push you over the side of the yacht, if the TV show White Lotus is at all accurate). Other guys are interested in more of a casual BFE-type situation. And you can't really rely on the "I'm seeking" section; they just put what they think you want to hear e.g. romance and "mentorship".
Personally I avoid anyone who wants to take things "slow", that's usually a good indication they believe their presence+personality alone should be enough for you.
It depends but typically no, these are mostly guys looking for serious money. Some want a consistent allowance-type situation though and that might work out in your favor. Some of these guys have completely unrealistic expectations, others are in more fraught circumstances and will accept any offer.

For sure the providers we talked about don’t want to spend extra time. It makes sense and I totally understand. I have many clients, in other industry, too. Some of them are really nice. Always pleasant to do business with them but that’s it. It’s better they don’t contact me except placing order.
