I've actually been toying with the idea of building a 500K stock fund over the next 20 years and using the 4% rule to fund the hobby. I think the 4% rule is too risky for retirement money but for a fund like this the goal would be to exhaust the money in my lifetime obviously.

Are you in the "money is no object" camp with more passive income than you know what to do with or are you carefully drawing down your portfolio and still have to budget annually how much you can spend on hiring? On the other hand, I'm also keen to hear from people like myself who are currently in the working phase of life. How are you factoring in the expenses involved in hiring into your retirement plans?

Moreover, I don't know that an NDA would specifically state that the escort must keep silent on the fact that they were hired for sex. It would be a terrible lawyer who drafted such a document. More likely, the language would generally address the escort's silence on meeting/interacting with the benefactor generally. Even if you hire an escort, you're not sleeping with them 100% of the time that they're in your company so an NDA which just generally proscribes mention of the meeting/interaction would be reasonably tenable.

It would then be a matter of including an indemnity and/or penalty provision in an NDA. Let's say the escort signs an NDA with a 100K penalty in the event of breach, the client could lien any assets the escort has and maybe even garnish any employment income of the escort (if the escort has a day job). This is all assuming that both parties are in a jurisdiction where prostitution is not illegal.
