There's no other English-speaking city as attractive for them to go though is there? They can stay in the UK for up to 180 days without a visa but they would need a visa for any type of stay in the US. Additionally, I've theorized in the past that there has to be a "pimp" behind the scenes running this operation (not that I'm complaining).

I perfectly understand paying in person before a session but I'm never paying a deposit. Now that I think about it, no escort ever asked me to pay a deposit. The closest instance I can think of was an escort asking me to pay for his uber (to which I said no). -

I paid for premium last December because I wanted to post a review and realized that you now have to pay to post reviews. Reviews are a way for me to keep score and track my conquests so I have to periodically resub every couple of months. I'm definitely not paying for a recurring membership as a client.

$20,000 invested at 30 will be over $500,000 by the time you're 65. If you're withdrawing at 4% then you'll have 20K annually to hire travel the world and hire the best of the best. Admittedly, 20K then will be worth about 10K today in purchasing power but you'll still get more bang for your buck outside the West.
