Longtime viewer and new to making an account and posting.  Figured I'd throw in some of my experiences at local places.
New Paradise:
Great and clean location.  Rooms are all really big and nice with showers in them to rinse off before or after.
- Seen Alex twice.  He gives an INCREDIBLE deep tissue/therapeutic massage. Very professional and straight forward.  No extras.  He seems eastern european in type with a beefy wrestler type build.  Super kind and really knows his technique.
Batman:
- Saw Allen just last week for a 1 hour massage.  Was a really great massage that left me fully relaxed.  At times the technique wasn't the strongest and didn't start using oil for the first 30ish min., but by the end everything felt amazing.
Times Square:
I've been to this location the most out of any.  Almost always leave feeling extremely relaxed and taken care of.  Only one of the rooms has a shower, so if you are wanting to shower after, let them know ahead of time.
- Sky: Cute asian masseur with a slimmer build.  Give a very good massage with decent technique.
- Simon: Had two sessions with him and won't see him again.  First time was for a 90min.  He shorted me on time by 15min and I called him out on it and so I didn't give him a very big tip.  The next time I went back he was the only person available for a 60min massage.  It was one of the worst massages I'd had with poor technique and almost never used oil or lotion and no extras.  Won't ever see him again.
- David: Was a bigger build (muscles) and gave a great massage with good technique.
- Kenny: Don't remember what he looked like but also gave a great massage that left me feeling very relaxed.
Spa27:
- Had 1 massage with Jay.  I'll never see him again.  Technique was quite poor and lack luster and felt like he didn't really want to be there.  Then came the bartering for a big tip during the massage which was extremely off-putting.

Anyone tried lately the steam and sauna at Equinox Columbus Circle? It used to be super cruisy but haven’t been in years.

20% tip on a $115 massage would be $23, I don't see what is so horrible about $20. It's still well above a 15% tip, which used to be the standard.

Andrey teases but expects a tip that is normally given for extras.  

You could try a 24-hour mens spa in the city. They’re usually still open and not really affected by the cold, especially at night

NYC spa threads seem quiet.. is the freezing cold affecting these spas? I’m thinking of getting a massage today but wanted to check if there is anything I should be aware of.

Which renew is this?  Seems like a few places with similar names. Who do you recommend there?

Lots of stretching, especially toward the end.  He didn’t use that much oil, I think I would ask for more next time.  

Went and saw Leo today.  Good Thai massage, sensual elements but legit.

Happy Holidays, gents. I’ll be traveling to NY next week and am looking for a deep massage with sensual elements. As on out-of-towner, trying to comb through the 261 pages of this topic is very confusing. I need a flowchart and a breakdown. LOL I even used ChatGPT and it gave me a breakdown, but I have no idea if it’s trustworthy with the listed guys still working at spas. 
 
Long story longer, hoping you NYC regulars could kindly point me in the direction of a great massage by a hot Asian masseur. (Hot is relative, but like more built/masculine over twink.) Only experience I’ve had to date is Andy at W and that was fun. 
I have notes for Jay at Batman. Jack at Energy. Ethan or Jay at 27 Men Spa.
Any guidance, tips or recommendations would be appreciated.

I learned from him that he’s working until 4 pm today at Renew. Go there soon (today) and maybe if he has enough business, the spa will bring him back more often.
