This is my assessment too. He was one of my first hires 8 or so years ago and saw him 3 times but stopped seeing him maybe 5 or so years ago. He is chatty but didn't mind it too much.

Speaking of long cook time. I am doing a porchetta right now (pork belly wrapped around pork tenderloin) at 155F for 27hrs. I have the sous vide balls and a cover. Yes plastic wrap works too but a cover or the balls just looks more elegant. ?

True. Isn't a margherita pizza though light in cheese and using prosciutto so just seems healthier. But still not healthy. But I still like pizza.

If you leave out what makes it unhealthy it's not so bad like heavy dose of cheese and greasy meats. But uh, I don't want any of your pizza. Anchovies and pineapple are the items I don't want.

From marketing stand point maybe not good to use a female name for a M4M clients. It's probably not his real name anyways.

It's the closest equivalent to a money order. 1) it's untraceable 2) once you have the code from the card you can use it no way of cancelling and get money back 3) there are a lot of iPhones and apples out there so you can use it to buy things.

I think like someone else discussed elsewhere just uses ND as simply a location for RM. He is mostly in NY but does travel a lot.

I couldn't find anything either. Not a fan of his tattoo but one good thing about tattoos is at least you can be pretty certain the picture is real since you can't exactly bait and switch when you have prominent tattoos. Except if picture is very dated.

Yup. All 3 of them. I found a German Shepherd 3 months ago. He was unchipped. Ended up keeping him and got him chipped.
