When I started hiring, a friend of a friend gave me one huge, huge piece of advice:  Hire someone who is gay. Make sure they're gay, or if they're bisexual, make sure they're a genuine "people pleaser" (those types exist and they're incredible). Anything less than gay or genuinely bisexual and you'll just be disappointed, no matter how hot they are.  
He was 100% right. Best advice ever and it's worked.

I am late in posting a response here and I apologize for that. A couple of guys have written me individually asking about how my session went and I responded to them earlier today. I saw him recently.  I felt he looked a bit different than his pix but they are his pix.  Not quite as in shape.  Nice guy, good massage, but definitely wants you to upgrade (at a hefty price) which I chose not to do.  HE but MT limited (perhaps because I didn't upgrade?).
