Never thought it would be used as a way to discriminate. I know it is hypocritical because for the most part they use their real pics. However, I dont see the point of sending a pic if you already give your stats. If they would insist on seeing my face, and I really want to meet, I would suggest meeting a day before for a quick face-to-face but that would be all. I personally would not feel comfortable with sending a pic of myself to a stranger. The video cameras are not just for management to monitor who is entering and protect the staff but also to watch staff encase of stealing. Even mani/pedi/massage parlors have security cameras.

This actually is nice but its probably more due to the piano for myself than anything else. Do you know the difference between white noise and ASMR? I remember listening to white noise youtube vids like these to go to sleep sometimes too. All I can think of is just the sound level.

I do not find ASMR videos interesting but this was the first one I ever saw and I found it annoying but never saw the making sounds videos until now just the whispering. I can understand why some people would find it calming but for me it is just like nails on a chalk board. If I want to listen to calming things it would listen to something like this:
