Now, that's a memory! I think his name was "Marco" and he was from Vancouver. He travelled a lot and I hired him a couple of times. Nice guy and a LOT of fun.

As Ptown gets more expensive, the crowd tends to skew older these days (though there is still a wide age range of visitors). The other thing not mentioned here is that you don't need a car in Ptown (bicycling and by-foot are the best modes of transportation) but one is absolutely required in Palm Springs.

I had a massage from him years ago and, while technically, it was a very good massage, I had a couple of issues: One, was that his hands were cold (though I understand; My hands and feet take a while to warm up) and; Two, his fingernails were long (for his guitar playing).
