And when he ran successfully for Governor he bragged about his support for the LGBT Community in places referred to as Pennsyiltucky. and told those voters I will work for your community just like I did for that community and keep my word to you just as I did to communities in Philly. He won in two consecutive landslides. In addition to my full-time job I remodeled and renovated multi-unit homes and commercial space in different Center City neighborhoods and continued to do so until 2015 when my health restricted my activities. As such I have a lot of experience with HUD/PFHA/Philly L&I/Housing Authority/Neighborhood Associations and the Zoning Board. Since you obviously have no appreciation for history, architecture, world class museums, amazing dining, a renowned Orchestra, top universities, more outdoor art than any other US City, bike and car share programs, dedicated bike lanes and paths, magnificent parks and squares spread across the city, a walkable city, with reasonable housing costs and property taxes, and top professional and collegiate sports, jazz cafes and casino gambling -- we won't miss you at all - BYE-BYE. I nearly forgot to mention a nationally respected Prize-Winning LGBT Commmunity Newspaper and the nations 2nd affordable LGBT Friendly Senior Living Community - located in the Gayborhood, which currently provides housing for the original leaders of the LGBT communities who sacrificed careers, family and friends to COME OUT and fight for the rights we enjoy today. AS FOR CANYON CLUB --- I have been to PS for other events at Canyon Club but found my self closed out of the host hotel. Now never as much fun being off-site but was in crawling distance of the pool/tub/playroom/maze/gardens . . . I stay right across Indian Creek Drive (Directly Across from CCs back entrance). The Seven Springs Inn and Suites -- Reasonable Rates - Very Clean -- Large room with Full Jacuzzi Bath and Shower -- 3 Pools - Very Gay Friendly - Easy Parking --- Kids -- Wish I could join you this year I do love PS - But even with offers of "help with schlepping my fat ass around town" I cant seem to schleep my delightfully robust ass out of Philly --- Have Fun -- Send Dirty Pics!

Also --- Check Days Times == AMTRAK goes from LA to PS 2-3 times a week. No traffic or tension and the rental car company met me with a car at the PS platform (not really a station). I flew into LAX -- Then flew out of PSP - Rental Car Company Right to the Luggage Check-in at the Airport when ready to leave. Also There is a Bus from LAX which is Express to the Train Station -- Train Fares to PSP started under $20 bucks --- ALL - Considered Easier - Faster - Less Time and Less $$ than a flight with a layover (PHX/DEN/HOU) into Palm Spring and less than flight into LAX then connect to PSP. I took a 4pm train on a Friday -- and got to laugh at the folks stuck on the 110 while I am sipping a cocktail and watching an HBO Movie on the free wifi!

I enjoy Lewes and Rehoboth Delaware --- My big concern in those town is limited medical care options
