  1. The Franklin Institute is also great, they had a heart exhibit where you can feel the walls ....
  2. Gee Julie wasn't good?
  3. It has "Ann" with Holland Taylor. she's hilarious!
  4. You're welcome! It has a fairly good selection... my friend got it for me
  5. I'm watching Broadway HD right now and Miss Saigon but it's not with Lea Salonga. I think there are some moments that are superb, but I keep pausing it and putting off watching the rest.
  6. It was on FOX in 2000. I guess they were afraid of what would happen if they put them in neon bikinis lol.... although I bet the pageant would have returned the second year if they did!
  7. I love the Met and AMNH (American Museum of Natural History) in NYC. Lots of wonderful memories there.
  8. Sexiest Bachelor in America pageant... I remember being so nervous I had the channel flicker on so that when my mother came in the room, I could quickly change the channel.... (aww so closeted) I think Mr. Oklahoma's gorgeous btw.
  9. I do know that Miss Colombia at Miss Universe is usually very strong in the competition.
  10. The worst one I saw--- hmmm I've seen about 10. "The Phantom of the Opera" was boring I have to admit. I did like the muscular guy during the opera scenes though. "Thoroughly Modern Millie" had some weak parts but overall I really like some of the big songs.
  11. Also: wasn't there a performance by Tallulah Bankhead that was so bad there was some kind of story about it?
  12. And I knew one of you guys would know that line!
  13. That won the Best Musical Tony right? 1989 I believe?
  14. I'm reminded of that line from TGG when they are talking about the local theatre lady, Phyllis Hammerow... lol https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0589829/
  15. Could be on Broadway or off or off-off or regional or local... It had to be a real stinker though. I mean, tomatoes being thrown at the stage lol
  16. LOL.... I love that show and that song. I asked my high school chorus teacher if we could do A Chorus Line and he said "No, not with that song." Ironically he objected to the overall subject matter. He was gay, but closeted... carrying on like a fool that he was in love with another female teacher when the guy literally flew across the room...
  17. Ryan Steel was handsome and the body- yes was incredible - unfortunately I only met him briefly and did not get the chance to really get to know him better. I would have loved to have had a weekend but alas... I wish him and all the other escorts the very best in life after they retire for good.
  18. For hiring - are there a lot of companions that frequently travel there during tours of the South?
  19. A part of me has always wanted that gay village back... it's not realistic today, and not going to happen anymore in the future, but it kinda was a little magical <3
  20. Excuse me for being kinda dumb, but what was this Gaiety everyone's talking about? A male burlesque?
  21. forgot this one, which just breaks your heart:
  22. Imagine a foursome with "peak" Dawson, Cain, and Sean Cody's Brandon!!!
  23. Dunno if this has been posted but they could be good friends or just sailor buddies having fun or.... something else and that's what makes the pictures so interesting. WWII maybe or Korea?
  24. This is another one - the most memorable scene in the movie in my opinion:
  25. I also think she was robbed of the Oscar that year. It went to Luise Rainer a second (!) time for The Good Earth. Maybe Stella was too much of a "woman's picture" or a soap opera for the Academy voters, but did Luise really deserve to win after just winning the year before for The Great Ziegfeld?
