Tract to send more waste downstream if you douche with too much volume and the water goes beyond the rectum into the Sigmoid Colon. He has A LOT more to say about douching and preparing to bottom. Running races are fantastic locations to see public skin on healthy bodies. Running shorts never went through the long hem thing.
