I really like the Schlotzsky’s deli chain. They make their own sourdough bread buns and use high quality ingredients.

I’ve gotten a little pickier about tipping. If the performance wasn’t good enough for me to think, "I’ll definitely want to book with this person again”, I don’t tip. I used to tip all the time for good and mediocre experience. Now, it has to be better-than-average but not super special. And I tip more for grade A+ super-special performances or connections where I feel more chemistry with the person than I do for the B-B+ service.
