  1. When you go to a restaurant and the food sucks do you eat and refuse to pay ?
  2. Boy next door type ? I guess it's a new world. Not at all the image I get when I think boy next door.
  3. I would like a place that only allowed tasteful tattoos. 🤣
  4. 99% of the time ...When you see an ad on rent-MASSSEUR and they don't offer therapeutic, it's essentially an escort ad.
  5. I watched it for free. It was just ok. But yeah, Tom Prior's handsome presence made it worth viewing. Started following his Instagram. He's definitely yummy.
  6. I am going to repeat this again: Never, never openly discuss prostitution with a provider. Everything you do on the internet is open to be used against you because it's all being tracked and stored by someone. Pay for a massage. Book a massage. If the person looks promising in-person then negotiate in-person for a happier ending or for a second more sex focused meet up.
  7. I don't care if somebody kinda-sorta looks like their pix. When I'm shopping, I am attracted to certain features about a person that don't come with every person in the same category. Here's a photo of a muscular mixed-race guy and here's the ACTUAL mixed race guy who doesn't look like the guy in the photo .Reminds me of the pre-internet days when the personals were just descriptions. No thanks.
  8. There's a book "BDSM 101" which is the beginners guide to BDSM ...but reading a book isn't going to give you the experience you need for optimum psychological satisfaction. I would suggest you attend a open play night at a dungeon and see the various techniques first-hand. I agree with the above comments. Hiring an experienced DOM ( or even dominatrix) can give you pointers about the scene
  9. I have zero interest in both of them. So that makes it easy. 🤣
  10. One of my wealthy gay friends, claims he dated Geffen's new husband back in 2017 having meet him on SEEKING. Curious if anyone here remembers him from the site, since it's often mentioned here...maybe someone else can verify it's the same guy.
  11. Many men objectify sex. Gays enjoy the opportunity to do so, more than straight men, ,because it's a mano-a-mano situation so you understand each other's desire to keep it NSA. Having feelings for your sexual partner is perfectly normal. Just not with the way gays approach their sexuality. Sex first / feelings later....maybe. ( usually not...but if the sex was really good.... )
  12. Labels are stupid. Human sexuality is frequently fluid if you drop the social expectations. I am mis-labeled all the time because I get stuck in different categories depending on how other people want to understand my sexual proclivity.
  13. True/ not true. Where I lived in PA many of the towns are along the Susquehanna. Since the river floods regularly, many of the towns have some sort of flood wall, or dike system. Because of that, these areas are ( foolishly ) not considered to be in the flood zone. But dikes fail and when they do, the Government has covered the damages for those who were not insured. Many of these families have lived in these home for decades. Long before mortgage holders, expected flood insurance.
  14. Actual ephebes, or is that an euphemism for something else ? There were several army ROTC guy in my fraternity in college who I had the hots for. Found out year later some of them fooled around with other guys. Missed the boat on that. I had no gaydar for bisexual guys back then.
  15. In my case it was an ill-timed transition from one investment strategy to another. I ended my relationship as an investor in a restaurant group and deposited the funds in two accounts until I decided my next move. My clients are all meeting with risk-management advisors this week because some orders come in with payments of a million dollars or more. The check goes into one operating account and orders are made against these funds. Now they are thinking this is more risky than considered before. So for some people and some businesses the timing of large sums being there at the wrong moment are the issue.
  16. To be clear: the RATE of inflation has eased. Prices have not and will not go back to previously "normal" levels. Lower-income and middle-income earners are suffering, so spending on anything but basics is cut off. Which affects the retail sector and that slow down affects multiple others.
  17. Mourning the loss of his boyfriend's life since early this year. Eventually he's going to get back to business..
  18. Been getting those for years. Always a scam. Just block. Always the same formula so easy to see it coming .
  19. Respectfully; that is old information. Narco-terrorism is a real problem in Mexico and it's spreading into most of the minor resort areas too. To date, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and Cancun have managed to negotiate an understanding with the drug cartels to allow their streets free of the violence. But other areas like Playa del Carmen, Guadalejara and Acapulco are becoming increasingly dangerous, beyond comparison to the US cities you've mentioned. Yes, the border towns have always been sketchy, but now many of them are 100% under control of drug cartels and completely off limits to US. tourists, with murders in the 10's of thousands annually. The states of Nuevo Leon and Veracruz being the most dangerous. I've been all over the country and have many friends there. There are multiple destinations I have been to, that I wouldn't risk visiting today.
  20. I think what he was referring to was an example of a natural disaster. If your house is under-insured and it burns down you're screwed. If it's destroyed in a flood, FEMA will often (not always) cover the additional loss.
  21. Very concise and informative. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with us.
  22. My friends in Finance are saying the Government and Media are working overtime to stop the bleeding by putting a positive spin on things. They told me not to Google anything. News reports are all being heavily redacted. Insiders are all sourcing their information from DuckDuckGo.
  23. They had chocolate chip cookies at First Republic today. I don't think ANYONE had an appetite.
  24. It needs to stay rhetorical, as the politics forum remains closed for repairs.
  25. Apparently SVB's Chief Administrative officer Securities was a former Lehman Brothers executive....so I am thinking this is more than just a coincidence. I smell a rat in the pudding.
