471 - In 1928 and 1929, Austrian rocketry pioneer Max Valier worked with Fritz von Opel on a number of rocket-powered cars and aircraft. For von Opel, these were publicity stunts for the Opel company. For Valier -- shown below in a rocket car in 1929 -- they were a way to raise interest in rocketry.

You know, I have to confess that when I get really, really sick of all the political rhetoric and shenanigans, I hightail it here and just look at Moondance's (and at times others) posts regarding situations where guys will "Wrap Those Thighs Around Me and Squeeze." It brings me an exciting solace.

We must take comfort where we can in troubled times, TBT … and what better place for it than between a pair of some big boy's muscular thighs?
