Skinnier now than the pics. Really nice guy. Massage was average. Seemed a little distracted and couldn't show the full extent of his endowment, sadly. Maybe an off day. 

I would say a combination. A pic when he was n better shape, augmented by digital manipulation. He's got more weight on and  muscles are not as toned.
