That's my point. It cannot be "assault" unless the person considers the action as causing him physical or mental harm. Now, if he disallows it and still occurs, it would be a different story; or, at any point he felt it was out of his control to prevent it from progressing.

In the tone of the story, I got the impression that he was sharing the story because he liked the experience. If his mentation was compromised or was at any point unwilling to proceed and was forced to do so, then yes, that would be assault. I don't think that's the case here. Otherwise every HE after a massage would also be considered "assault". ?‍♂️

Handsome guy. He was clean-shaven when I met him (which I prefer with him). He actually seemed younger in person because of it. He is very personable, and the conversation just flowed. He has piercing green eyes, as seen in his pics, which were mesmerizing. He kissed. He was more lean than his pics, and less bulky, probably because of covid; but nevertheless he was in good natural shape. He had a warm personality. All in all a good experience.
