Just remember that fiduciaries (executors, trustees) are usually entitled to commissions (usually a percentage of the assets distributed) which are set by statute in some states (in NY for example). You can add a provisions in your will noting that your executor is to serve without commission. I also recommend having an alternates set in your will should the person appointed not be able to serve.

I am a NY licensed attorney and when I was in law school a few years ago I interned with an estate planning attorney who was part of a panel of attorneys for a group legal plan. I can tell you that if you required a “complex will” that there was an additional charge so I would just read the fine print on the fees and upcharges to make sure you are getting a good deal. We also did prenups and post nups
 
In addition, as a former Trusts and Estates attorney, we always recommended the client allow us to keep the will for safekeeping in our bank vault (no charge but obviously our firm would be in mind for the eventual probate) to avoid loss, fire damage etc. This practice is up for debate among attorneys but these group legal service providers may not even give you the option.

@tassojunior the survey asks you to put down the places you’ve been in the last five years plus there’s an “anything else we should know” section so you can add those places.
 
@Tarte Gogo I agree with you. I have many places on a “to do” list but for me, I’m not sure when that wish trip is going to turn into an actual trip. With this company, I don’t have to dealing with booking and planning.

You get a weather forecast a week in advance and are told where to go (airport, train station) two days before.
 
It’s an extremely interesting concept especially for someone like me who is not good with spontaneous trips.

@sexymonk I appreciate your input and I understand where your coming from in terms of business relationship but at the end of the day, the guy is a human being and has the free will to end his time as an escort whenever he wants. I assume he wanted a clean break and deleted his email. Clearly if we were talking about a restaurant or store, advising your customers of closing down is a good practice.
 
The purpose of this thread was really to see if anyone had any concrete info about his retirement and if he was seeing any “regulars” maybe he was open to former clients. It seems not to be the case and I had no ill will toward him for that or anyone else who makes the decision.

I think the underlying problem is your sense of entitlement to some kind of relationship with this service provider beyond the terms of your agreement.
 
Whether they are tops, bottoms or somewhere in between, I imagine that male escorts must be able to relate to women -- who constantly find themselves under attack for not reciprocating the needs of the men who desire them. Nobody needs to justify their lack of interest in relationship, friendship, kinship, whatever. Especially when there is a professional basis to the relationship to begin with!
 
I agree we can expect kindness, respect, civility, bonhomie, etc., in the planning, execution and immediate aftermath of a session. But beyond that, it is absolutely no reflection on the service provider if they have zero interest in spending time or communicating outside the professional sphere. Do you think your therapist is damaged if she doesn't want to come to your family picnic? Or is it pathetic when the barista at Starbucks - who you may chat with every day - doesn't want to come see a movie? Boundaries.

I have been a number of times to both. Most of my massages were good vacation style treatments. That is they are technically very sound but not the same as a therapist that knows you after becoming a regular. Occasionally you get an attractive therapist (bonus). They are all strictly legit but good. There is usually some good eye candy in the spa area. Have fun!

If I get a red light or parking ticket ( which is every so often for me!) I write a check to pay it. The cities and towns charge a fee both online and in person if you pay with a card and it’s tough for me to get to the town hall during business hours. Or what they call business hours such as 11-3 with an hour for lunch lol

I have never seen anything in Westchester that looks remotely like a men's spa.
