The very poor customer service is what made me stop going to this spa. I had been going twice a month for a 90 minute combo for a whole year, never missed or canceled any appointment. I was able to book directly with the masseur but that changed, I was told to call and make the appointments directly with the spa. Due to the nature of my job I need to schedule in advance and not the day of, but they were giving me problems, telling me to call the next day. The next day they would tell me to call the next day. They would hang up the phone or being plain rude. So I decided to never visit the spa anymore.
