The very poor customer service is what made me stop going to this spa. I had been going twice a month for a 90 minute combo for a whole year, never missed or canceled any appointment. I was able to book directly with the masseur but that changed, I was told to call and make the appointments directly with the spa. Due to the nature of my job I need to schedule in advance and not the day of, but they were giving me problems, telling me to call the next day. The next day they would tell me to call the next day. They would hang up the phone or being plain rude. So I decided to never visit the spa anymore.

Anybody knows what happened to Jose? I don’t see him on the schedule anymore.

I work in a hotel in NYC and we get a fair share of escorts staying and trust me we don’t really care, as long as no problems arise, and usually don’t. So don’t be too concerned to meet escorts at their hotel.
