Hi Guys. Been awhile since I've been on, but missing the fun and action. Any scoop on Tyler? Someone reviewed him and said he no longer looks like his photos, but thought I'd ask before I reach out. He sure is a sweet hunk.

Trip broadcasts on Chaturbate.com under TripleXTransMan on a semi-regular basis, usually around late afternoon/early evening on the days he chooses to broadcast. He seems to really enjoy being completely exhibitionistic and, if he is receiving lots of tips, he loves inserting his fingers and many types of dildoes in both front and back for the camera. His bio has a lot of info about him and he's more than happy to answer serious and respectful questions not covered in his bio. His personality is very attractive, too.

I hate to sound like a public service announcement. But I just had a THIRD friend tell me that as a gay man (who regularly sucks other guys to completion), he went into his doctor for a full STD screening because of a chronic sore throat, and the (straight uninformed) family practitioner tested him for gonorrhea and chlamydia by giving him a URINE test... only.
    THIS DOESN'T WORK.

When he and I talked and I expressed dismay, he followed up with his doctor, who insisted "people don't really get that in their throat - it's very, very unlikely". So he went to another doctor who swabbed. Sure enough... he had gonococcal gonorrhea.

I can attest that I personally have had gonorrhea in my throat (in the distant past) and I've known several other friends who have also. And of them - only about half had symptoms... the others just had knowledgeable doctors who knew their risk behaviors and wisely checked them in routine testing. **Also NOTE this infection is getting more and more resistant to antibiotics - and only a few still work, so let's keep on top of it boys!

If your physician or practicing clinic doesn't swab your throat - get a new doctor.
Ok - off my soap box.

I’m also surprised at the number of bottoms I’ve met who are on PreP and bb who don’t get rectal G/C swab / have never gotten a rectal swab.

Some medical person can correct me if I’m wrong, but I think what you said about throat and asymptomatic G/C also applies to catching it rectally - vague symptoms or asymptomatic, urine / urethral swab would not pick it up.

Test regularly, and use common sense. A load of cum in your mouth and throat is LESS safe than simply sucking, but both could transmit. I have heard conflicting things on the use of post-oral gargling, but someone above posted: https://www.menshealth.com/health/a19534807/listerine-and-gonorrhea/

It really is not a luxury. For starters, there are physician finders that allow one to specify search criteria such as "LGBT" or some such. Second, simply having a conversation with a PCP can tell you whether they are understanding. For example, when you inform your PCP that you have sex with men you can gauge his or her reaction. Additionally, if an LGBT-friendly PCP is located nearby a Google search will assist in finding health resources. For example, when I searched on "LGBT Health Resources Valdosta, GA" I found a link to the Georgia Department of Public Health South District website which states:

"Every county health department provides HIV testing daily; however, appointments may be needed. Call your local health department for more information."
I haven't searched for every small town or city in the US, but someone who is looking for information certainly can.

I'd expand the warning to say "Find a primary care physician who is either gay or understands gay mens' health issues." Throat-swabbing is but a pixel of the picture that is one's overall health.

This is SO very true. Not all medical personnel are informed on the ways STD's can be transmitted especially among gay men or even among bi and heterosexuals in the fetish scene. Once I had to request and explain why I wanted a throat culture to a shocked seasoned older male doctor. Another time I caught Chlamydia by receiving oral sex from a now retired escort in Vancouver. The female nurse practitioner I had to see back in the US (because I was traveling away from home and was the only one available), was horrified when I explained and educated her on gay male sex practices when I interrupted her lecture on the use of condoms and anal sex risks. She admitted to me she didn't know that Chlamydia and Gonorrhea could be transmitted orally. And I had to admit to her that while women in the sex trade did tend to use condoms for oral sex, men mostly didn't. Plus many of us assume that a cheap $15 crack whore is more likely to transmit something than a $300 "clean" escort!

So gentlemen, when going for your STD checks please request an oral swab if your doctor hasn't already included one and also an anal swab if you bareback. POS men tend to also assume that since they are HIV+ they have no need to protect themselves for anything else. Not so! Stay healthy!

Condom size generally refers to the girth of a man.

Awhile back I made a mistake and used a regular sized condom on a guy who should have been in a magnum. Semen leaked out of the condom because it was too tight and I ended up with a cream pie. Oops.

This obviously effects bottoms more than tops

Freaked me out at the time.

Lesson learned make sure the condom is the right size. For both larger girths and smaller girths.

    Unsolicited condom recommendations
    Snugger: kimono micro thin
    Average: Trojan bareskin
    Larger: Trojan magnum bareskin
All three condoms are amazing in terms of thinness and durability.

    My motto: safety first
