  1. If anyone sources the unedited/uncropped versions, I’ll be your BFF!! 😀
  2. This, 100%! Not only applies to Japan, but it applies to any country you visit. There are 194 other countries outside our borders, many with vastly different social norms, traditions, expectations. Learn them before you go - and if while learning them, you’re not comfortable with them, don’t go. Like I said, there’s 194 other countries to pick from.
  3. My former regular, and I were enjoying a post coital chitchat one late afternoon, and we were both talking a bit about our exes. He was a regular of long-standing by then, so it wasn’t odd to share. Anyway, he shared how his ex would sometimes pretend not to know him, to be picking him up as a stranger. You laughed as my ex would do the same, and made a throw comment about how we should do it sometime. That was that, got ourselves cleaned up, and sorted to head out. Fast forward a few months, we’re set to meet, he texts saying he’s hung up at work, can we push meeting. Again as he was a long-standing regular, and as work had forced me to do the same with him in past, I had no problem. I replied it was fine, I’d unwind with a drink or two at the hotel bar until I heard from him. Not hearing anything from him, and half way thru second drink, debating on a third, and he arrives. He comes over, asks if the seat next to me is free, orders a drink, and proceeds to introduce himself under a totally different name. I’m very confused, but the finally drops, and I realise he’s doing what we joked about a few months prior! I play along, introduce with a totally different name, he smiled realising I’m up to speed with what’s going on, and so began our night as “Nigel” (him), and “John” (me). I give him credit for not breaking character until after all was said and done. Very fun night!
  4. I like your taste, @OccassionalHire 👍🏻 Of the two, if pressed, I’d go with JacobLDN. I agree he’s super hot, and I don’t know why, he also looks super familiar to me 🤔
  5. If by publish they mean in a program for an event, I don’t think that would be too big an issue. But if they mean publishing it on their website, I personally wouldn’t want that. I also don’t like using a credit card/debit card to make donations. I did set up a recurring monthly donation to a charity once, and by the second month I found my mailbox, e-mail inbox, and v-mail getting requests from other charities doing the exact same work, (in this it was a children’s hospital). Since then, I always include a letter with any donation declining any swag, requesting that I not be put on their mailing list, and asking them not to sell or otherwise share my information.
  6. I’m with @azdr0710 and @CuriousByNature on this gent. Visually appealing, and ticks my boxes, but for every rave I’ve seen or heard, here and elsewhere, there’s always a few tales that give me pause. It’s a pity, as given his looks, and attributes, he’d be someone I’d engage in a heartbeat. BBD
