It has definitely felt like diminishing returns lately in Los Angeles. It takes a lot of research on this site to find trustworthy masseurs who are skilled and somewhat reasonably priced. So many good guys disappeared during Covid, a sad symptom of bigger problems in the world.

He’s been spoken of before but those threads are now inaccessible. I took the plunge, and I regret it. it was a last-moment hire because Ricky canceled on me (kindly offering a discount for next time!). Anyone dive into this pool?

My massage with Ricardo was good but not good enough considering the cost. He greeted me warmly, got undressed, gave me a good, hard massage (with a lot of elbows though), let me touch him, and got me off at the end. But overall it felt very disconnected and transactional, especially the finish.

I’ll give hime a tip. I’m not sure it will involve money though.
